DAVIANFEED presents below the General Terms and Conditions that will regulate the information provided by the online store.
(hereinafter, the Web), as well as commercial transactions between it and its users.
These conditions shall be understood to be accepted by users who browse the Web and purchase the products offered therein. However, the owner of the site may, without prior notice, modify these conditions when deemed necessary for its proper functioning.
That said, the following GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING are established as GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING:

We deliver our products anywhere in the peninsula and Balearic Islands. In case it is necessary to send products to the Canary Islands or other places, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can coordinate the order.

The price of our products, including VAT, is as indicated for each of them.
However, this price does not include shipping costs, the amount of which will be shown before the end of the purchase process for you to expressly accept them (unless there is some kind of promotion and no shipping costs are paid).
- PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods: credit card or paypal.
As for the bank transfer, by e-mail you will receive the details of the account so that the corresponding deposit can be made, being necessary that the money has accessed the account so that the order is understood to have been made and the corresponding shipment can be made.
Regardless of the method of payment chosen, the consumer shall have the same rights that apply in the event of withdrawal or if the product is in poor condition.
- HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We try to deliver the order as soon as possible, but always within a maximum period of 5 days, depending on the type of product and the delivery destination. However, in the exceptional case of any delay, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.
Please note that for all this to be possible, it is necessary that you have provided us with the exact details for the shipment (address, etc.), as well as a telephone number where we can reach you, as we will use it to contact you and set the day and time of delivery.

6 PURCHASING PROCESS
- EXPLORE OUR WEBSITE AND CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT
When you access our website, you will find different sections.
All you have to do is click on the one you are most interested in to get to the articles we offer in each category.
For product details, click on the image. A new screen will appear explaining its specific characteristics.
If you have found the product you wish to purchase, click on the “add to cart” button on this screen.
You can then proceed with the purchase of the item, or leave it added to your shopping cart and continue browsing the web to look for other products.
- PLACE YOUR ORDER
If you finally decide to buy the product(s) in the basket, we will ask you for your name, surname(s) and e-mail address.
You will then complete the information regarding the address and shipping method, as well as the payment method, through the corresponding forms.
You will finally see an ORDER SUMMARY where you will be able to check that it is really the one you wanted.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION
In addition to the order form that you can obtain through the site, you will receive an e-mail with the details of the operation.
Unless proven otherwise, the proof of these operations will be given by the data collected by the Web, which will file the electronic document in which the contract is formalized, to which you will have the right to access.
- Are the products you offer always available?
Yes. We only offer products that we have in stock. However, please note that, although we are constantly updating our stock, if you order a product that is out of stock, we will inform you so that you can choose between selecting another product in its place or refunding the amounts you have paid.
If upon receipt of your shipment you notice that the order is not complete or that it has suffered any damage, please indicate this when signing the delivery note and inform us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org together with a photograph of the defect. We will also need your contact information, date of purchase and name of the defective product.
If, with this information, it is considered
In addition, and in accordance with consumer regulations, DAVIANFEED is liable for any lack of conformity within a period of THREE (3) years from delivery (which shall be deemed to have been made on the day that appears on the invoice or receipt of purchase, or on the delivery note if this is later).
In order to assess whether or not to bring the goods into conformity, we will study all the concurrent circumstances, especially the value that the goods would have had if there had been no lack of conformity and the relevance of the lack of conformity; and this guarantee will not be applicable when the lack of conformity is due to accidents, incorrect use of the article or negligence.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, for any reason, during a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods (whether you have received them yourself or an authorized third party, provided that it is not the carrier).
In order to exercise this right, it is not necessary to justify your decision, but it will be sufficient for you to inform us unequivocally within the 14-day period, and the item has not been used. We will need you to be in perfect condition, keeping the original labeling and packaging.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, all amounts paid by the consumer will be refunded, and the consumer will only be responsible for the costs derived from the cost of shipping.
Although to facilitate the exercise of this right we provide you with a form, we will try that all the doubts that may arise are solved through these questions:
Assumptions in which there is NO right of withdrawal: the items we sell on our website, once removed from their protective packaging or equivalent, can not be returned for health and hygiene reasons, in addition to some of them may perish in a short time.
Costs in case of withdrawal: we will never require a penalty for the exercise of this right, but the user must bear the cost of return shipping.
Can I use the goods and then return them?
No. You are only allowed to test and inspect the items you have purchased as you would in a physical store. That is, minimal manipulation.
So, if we are talking about the same manipulations and inspections that would be allowed in a store, you will have to do it with the utmost care.

You may exercise, at any time, the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment and potability by sending an e-mail to email@example.com, attaching a copy of your ID card. If you consider it appropriate, you may also file a complaint with the corresponding supervisory authority.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTIONS
The sale is understood to be made in Spanish territory, so that for any interpretative or litigious issues that may arise, Spanish law shall apply and, in case of dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the consumer and, where appropriate, to the provisions of the applicable regulations.
